The Urden people are thought to have been born from the underground, with
Urden myths speaking of the Progenitors that clawed their way out of a
mountain to spring to life. They are extremely tough and hardy with
excellent vision in natural darkness.

Modern Urden still feel most at home in caves or underground, and enjoy
working with their hands. They are proud of their heritage and do not take
insults from outsiders well. Among Urden however, friendly insults are a way
of life.

A typical Urden stands between four and five feet tall, and are quite stout
for their proportions. Many Urden of all genders keep luxurious, long
beards, and care little for the norms of typical gender expression that are
more common in other ancestries and cultures.

Urden people feature many different skin tones and eye colors, though their
hair is usually brown in color. Urden typically live for around 200 years.
