Combat can get hectic, so the verbosity setting provides a way to filter some
combat actions.

Options are as follows:
    verbose - (Default) Show all actions from everyone.
    broad - All actions from self, attackers, and party; hits from others.
    focused - All actions from self and attackers; hits from party.
    duel - All actions from self and attackers; nothing from others.
    quiet - All actions from self; only hits from attackers.
